"Room layout was a little bit funky (TV to the side of the bed), and light switches that weren't exactly intuitive in what was happening. The Hyatt also has a weird $15/day charge to spend at their market for overpriced items (small bottle of water is $6) that if goes unused you're still charged for, so just factor that into your costs but overall great price for the location and cleanliness."

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"Good stay overall. Reserved a room with sofa bed, but didn't get that room at first. Took a little while to get correct room. One elevator out of service which made for longer lines to get upstairs. Breakfast staff very prompt with clean up of tables and replenishing food. Liked that they do not use disposables at breakfast."

"I will return. I continue to try different hotels each time I travel to NYC - this is one of the best budget friendly hotels by far. On this pleasure/work trip I had 3 hotels and this one won hands down. They offer to keep your bags before and after your stay - great to allow you to drop off and have a bag free day before your flight. Breakfast and elevators around 8am to 10am were too busy. Suggest you avoid both during these times."
