"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."

"Wonderful hotel. Staff was great, nice lady at the front desk knew we wanted a good view so she changed our room on our second day when one at the top was available. The area is within walking distance to koreatown and all the shops, which was very convenient. My sister and I had a great birthday stay"
