Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan completed an $85 million renovation in December 2008. The hotel features a restaurant and room service. The 29,000-square-foot health club, operated by New York Sports Club, offers fitness equipment and exercise classes (surcharge).
There 24-hour business center in the lobby offering secretarial services (surcharges may apply). And exhibit space is also available along with audio-visual equipment. Wireless Internet access is offered (surcharge). The hotel features a ballroom for special events as well as banquet facilities and event catering.

Guestrooms at Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan were renovated in December 2008 and feature views of Times Square, the Manhattan skyline, or the river.
37-inch high-definition flat-panel TVs come with Internet access, video games, pay movies, and video on demand. Other amenities include dual-line phones, clock radios with CD players and MP3 docks, laptop compatible in-room safes, and coffee/tea makers. Wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request.
All guestrooms feature the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage bed, which includes seven pillows, a plush duvet, and luxurious sheets.

Brasserie 1605 - Serving gourmet dishes and comfort food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located in the hotel lobby, overlooking Times Square and Broadway. The breakfast buffet (surcharge) featuring hot and cold items is available 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM in the restaurant. Brasserie 1605 also offers a children's menu.
Broadway 49 Bar and Lounge - Full bar serving 89 varieties of Scotch, signature cocktails, and martinis.

“Christmas in NYC”
Hotel was clean and tasteful. Staff were extremely helpful. The elevators were annoying as two of the four lifts for my section (upper floors) were inoperable for different periods of time. Restaurant served good food for a reasonable price. Concierge was helpful. Rooms were kept clean. Location is absolutely PERFECT for NYC.

The room was very nice - 2 double beds that were comfortable - Bathroom was a very good size - View was fantastic - The staff was very friendly and helpful - we navigated NYC like pros because of their help - Need a taxi - just ask - pronto - its there! Need water after the rest./gift shop is closed - no problem - just ask - pronto - its there. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!! They treat you like royality - even if you have a working mans paycheck!
“Can't wait to go back! Fantastic Hotel.”
When we arrived at the hotel it looked spectacular. The reception staff were very helpful as well as the porters who took our bags from us straight away and stored them until our room was ready. They brought our bags up to our room as well. One lady at reception was extremely helpful as our first room faced the back of the hotel and when we asked for a front view they changed it immediately. She was a great listener and very kind as she wished me Happy Birthday on the day of my birthday.The room was extremely comfortable and was always cleaned to a high standard. If we required more towels we were given them straight away. The location was perfect as we were right in the heart of Times Square. The hotel was always warm which was a joy as it was mostly cold at this time of year. We were on the 27th floor and the lifts were very fast, we did not hear one bit of noise considering the area. The area was ideal as you could walk everywhere and it was very close to the shops which was a plus.
“Very Impressed”
Our stay at the hotel was brief but very comfortable. Unfortunately when we checked in they no longer had a double bed non-smoking room available which we had already paid for so they compensated us with one of their suites. The view of Time Square was amazing and the room was actually nice and quiet, surprisingly compared to the comotion going on outside.

Lovely location, right in the heart of everything. Very good service, staff were always courteous, polite and did what they said they would do, which doesn't always happen! We ate in the hotel restaurant once and that was very good quality and good value for money I thought. Can't wait to go back!
“If you must stay in Times Square, this is a good value”
Centrally located in Times Square, this hotel provides a comfortable, quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. The bed is comfortable and room just large enough (esp for Manhattan). There is a Keurig coffee machine, and the bathroom toiletries were deliciously scented with a bergamot / ginger fragrance. Convenient to subway lines and most anything you'd need.
“Absolutely Great”
I had stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Broadway previous to my recent visit, but it was even better than I remembered it. The hotel just went through a renovation and redecorating of all of the rooms. Our room was beautiful and well decorated. The beds were quite comfortable with plenty of pillows. We loved the new LCD TV with HD and the modern ammenities in the room. All guests have access to a computer room where one can access the internet and print out your e-ticket for your return flight home. It has one of New York's best location to Times Square and the theater district. It is definitely my hotel of choice when I return to the city.
“Crowne Plaza a Jewel”
Stayed at the Sheraton couple of years ago. It was horrible. The Crowne Plaza was clean, reasonably priced for the area, great location and excellent service. They put the Sheraton to shame! Highly recommend. I grew up in NYC and when I come back to vivis this is where I will go next time.
“Will Stay Here Again”
This hotel was right on Time Square.It was all about location for me and they had the location!It was next to all the main brodway shows like Mama Mia,Chicigo,and Jersey Boys.We will be staying here everytime we come to NYC.The staff was very friendly. We ate breakfast every morning in the resturant in the lobby. It was good.
