"The most photographed hotel in the world! I can see why. Very beautiful and unique with so much history. Had a window table for the very nice breakfast in the Dufferin Terrace. We were fortunate to have a corner room with a view. Looked newly remodeled and fresh. The only thing that didn’t work was the in-room safe. If you don’t like crowds this hotel is not for you. The lobby was always bustling and full of tourists not staying at the hotel. "

"Room has a very weird smell. Building is under construction and our room has some stains and something in the carpet! Eww. The person at the desk was friendly and hotel seems busy but definitely not worth the price in this condition especially! "

"Everything was great but not perfect. The main problem was that there were kids everywere. The gym was inaccessible all day because kids were playing with the machines, the pool was always full of kids it was too small for the amount of people in it, and breakfast was great but the line up was crazy again because there were kids everywere. This is probably a great family place but i would not recommend it for a couples vacation"
