"April at the front desk was so lovely upon check-in and at each subsequent interaction! Also wanted to call out the doormen, every single one of them was so warm and welcoming. Queen size mattresses would have been better than doubles. Hector (who stored our bags before we could check in) was very helpful who also ordered us taxis. Great location of the hotel."

"This was a very nice hotel that was close to the venue we were going to. However they had a power outage, which was not their fault, but the smoke alarms were beeping quite early in the morning and we had to walk down 9 stories. Not as bad as our friends who had to do 18 floors. But, I think they should’ve offered some sort of refund without asking (which we didn’t have time to discuss) Even just $50 as I know it wasn’t their fault. The staff member didn’t apologize for the issues. "
