“I loved it”
It was a great place to stay with our kids. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The room was up to date and clean.
“Would definitely go back”
This hotel is just a little off the main strip of Michigan Ave, which is good at night as the room was very quiet. It is in the middle of the Chicago Pizza trifecta of Pizzeria Uno, Lou Malnati's, and Gino's East. The CTA Red Line is literally one block south. The breakfast was a great start to a day of walking in Chicago. Only disappointment was a charge if in-room internet was desired.
“Fabulous Hotel”
This was a fabulous hotel. Very please with the experience. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be staying here in the future.
“Excellent, all around value”
Embassy Suites is wonderful. We arrived in town early, at noon, and they had no problem checking us in early. Everything was in great condition and very comfortable. Great location, very close to shopping on Michigan Ave and famous restaurants like Hard Rock Cafe, the Chop House, etc. Our kids loved that they had their own room with television, and we loved that we had some privacy. We enjoyed the pool at night, and the managers reception free drinks were great as well. Breakfast in the morning was superb. The chef made our kids feel at home and cooked special chocolate chip pancakes for them. A wide variety of food to choose from. It really makes this hotel a great deal. A note, instead of using the hotels valet service for $49/day, we parked ourselves for $38/day, on the same block. We will definetely come back to Embassey Suites.

This was one of the best hotels that i have ever stayed at....i will be staying at the hotel again as well as recommending it to others....The extra mile the hotel goes to make it a fun experience was very odviouse. ( breakfast amazing... Managers banquet from 5-7:30 Amazing........)
“Embassy suite downtown”
Room was clean. Only small complaint was that we were located at the corner of two halls and was noisy from outside traffic even with being on the 7th floor
“parking nightmare”
Parking was horrendous but after I paid $50 I was able to use the valet parking area.
“amazing short getaway experience!”
a wonderful experience for a weekday getaway! Although the pool was a bit small/crowded and could use a little maintenance, our overall experience was positive! They definitely cater to families and make being away from home a great experience!
“Fun spring Break Trip.”
Great hotel for children. The pool was great, a little cool but nice. Hot tub was working and was fantastic. They also provide towels and have a very nice workout room next to pool area. The free breakfast every morning was wonderful, made to order omelets were fantasic. They also have a free Happy Hour with drinks and snacks everyday. This is a great location, walking distance or a short cab ride to all the city has to offer. We will come back again and tell all our friends. Great spring break trip.
