This newly renovated hotel was perfect. The lobby and business center suited our needs the function there we attended was excellent in service and food quality. The new bar was also a plus, with excellent service and tasty food items, including sushi!

Nicer hotel on Michigan Ave with easy access to local attractions.

Great location right on Michigan Ave directly across from Buckingham Fountain in Grant Park, less than a block from Millennium park and the Art Institute. Short walk to the downtown loop shopping district and about 4/5 blocks straight shot to the waterway. Chicago overall is a very walkable city and the location of this hotel was amazing. Views were breathtaking out of the huge bay windows. Short walk along the lake to the museum district (be sure to purchase aquarium passes the night before you want to go to avoid the mile long line to get in!) It is a super old hotel with small bathrooms but they were clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and have zero complaints! Wish there was free wifi included with the room rate, but alas we made due with our smart phones.

I stayed here before and I would choose this hotel as the best bang for your buck in Champaign. Breakfast, jacuzzi, and pool.

Two in our family arrived in town at 7 PM for an overnight stay. The hotel management had a room ready for us. The room was clean and comfortable. We could tell that the room had been used by smokers in the past. We slept well, then left to start our activities the next day at 8 AM.

Room was in new condition, very clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk people were always pleasant and courteous. The included breakfast had a nice selection of items that were constantly restocked. This was my second time at this hotel and I would stay there again if I came back to Champaign.
