"Patio Suite was a nice spacious room with an outside patio terrace. Unfortunately, due to the rain we could not make use of it. Coffee, tea and water are available in your room. Lounge access on the 11th floor was a nice touch offering drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay here again."

"We have stayed at many four star and five star hotels throughout the world. The Loden Hotel should be reclassified from a four-star hotel to a five star hotel. We were especially impressed with the international staff and how accommodating they were. To the point, when I mentioned that our bed mattress has seen better days we had a new mattress in our room within two hours. We highly recommend the Loden hotel when visiting Vancouver."
