"This was the PERFECT little cottage for our quick family adventure to the Sunshine Coast! We packed a lot into our stay but the little neighbourhood where this cottage was located could have been enough to entertain us the entire time! So cute and clean and the loft was an adventure for our kids! Absolutely would recommend staying here!"

"The views and location was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. The sliding door was in need of attention. The kitchen was well stocked except for salt and the fridge took a good 15 hrs to cool down but then froze our produce. The oven was unpredictable and did not keep a proper temperature.The hottub never was used by us because it was cloudy and dirty even after contacting the owner. I would definately rent this property again as it hit all my desires, except the hot tub. "

It was a little cold for us due to the only heat source being the in floor heating even though we turned it up. We had an unfortunate power outage that lasted the whole night so it was extra cold! "Though we enjoyed our stay at the Timberloft there were many things that could have been done to make the stay more enjoyable. First and foremost is the issue of maintenance and cleanliness. We were aware of the steep steps to the property but they were overrun with vines making the journey up and down dangerous. I had to cut them myself so ensure that noone tripped. While the property is quite charming, there seemed to be very little thorough cleaning done as of late. The place was quite dusty...

Spoke to property manager re a little bit more attention to detail re cleaning floors Under chairs and beds (we had small kids) and he was very receptive. I am sure it won’t be a problem again. "Well... we were very excited about our beachfront stay with the amazing views! Even spoke with the “owner” about swimming and paddle boarding out front! Little did we know, the pictures of the exterior were for the OTHER home and not the one we spent money on. We were scammed. As soon as we arrived we phoned panicking. We were told the cabin in the back was in fact what we had rented and if we had a problem to contact hotels.com!!!!! I was devastated, as we had a family weekend planned out...

"Patio Suite was a nice spacious room with an outside patio terrace. Unfortunately, due to the rain we could not make use of it. Coffee, tea and water are available in your room. There was a stereo and albums in the room as well. To be noted, the bath and shower are open to the room. Breakfast, which I included, was very good. Lounge access on the 11th floor was a nice touch offering drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay here again."
