Inside you ll find a very spacious yet intimate abode (850 sq ft). Works well for small work retreats, couples who want a cozy romantic getaway or besties who want a place to relax, decompress and have a good time. The cave-like bedroom allows for perfect silence at night so you can rest without disturbance. Plenty of space for clothing and outerwear should you be on a longer stay. There’s also a comfy sofa bed that sleeps an extra 2. If you are looking for something very chill during the evenings then enjoy Netflix on our 40” wall-mounted TV. Or perhaps a bevy and game of billards on our beautiful full-sized pool table. We ve also got plenty of space to knock out a few emails or work on your manuscript should you be so inclined. You can often see deer on "Gratitude Walk" a pathway located on our property which leads you to the waterside for tranquil walks by the sea. Although technically in Gibsons, we felt like we were in the middle of the forest and more like in Roberts Creek - the grounds are peaceful and beautiful. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen set-up contained enough equipment for creating and BBQing simple meals, including mini-fridge with small freezer compartment that worked to keep our ice packs frozen, a portable induction element, microwave, and toaster oven. We enjoyed being able to watch our own shows from home in the evening on the big smart TV. The queen bed was comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of plugs for charging our devices. Loved the walk out to the patio and propane grill. Lovely to sit and listen to the birds with a glass of wine. So nice to sleep with peace and quiet as we are used to city noises. Yesterday was cool, as we stepped outside our door came face to face with a friendly deer.
