“Excellent Location”

It is right beside the skytrain station and within easy walking distance to both Gastown and Robson street. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the elevators took forever!

Clean, modern, comfortable room. Super comfy bed. Excellent hotel restaurant with amazing eggs benny, fresh squeezed orange juice and smooth rich coffee. Friendly, hard working staff. Wonderful all around experience.

“Very nice place to stay”

Well-situated in downtown Vancouver. Close to the Skytrain, malls and Rogers Stadium. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was great. The Mosaic restaurant was excellent. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the mattress that was a little too soft for my liking. I would definitely return to this hotel.

“Classy, chic and in the heart of downtown”

Seems being renovated very recently, nice furniture and clean and modern look rooms. mine had a balcony but most rooms do not have. getting in and out of parking is difficult but it is a problem with most downtown hotels but you can ask for valet. Staff friendly and helpful. comfortable rooms, fridge in the room, internet extra and expensive.

“One of the more affordable luxury hotel”

Great location, but a little hard to find the entrance. Don't go the McDonald next door, it is one of the worst place I have ever been to

Robson street is a good place to kill time and widow shopping, there is a little currency exchange shop near by the hotel give good rate and no transaction fee

“Vancouver conference stay”

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for a conference and really enjoyed it. Very close to great restaurants, music, theaters - lots of things to do.

“Pay for Wi-Fi.. as if!”

Nice hotel overall. Good deal through Expedia. However the fact that almost ever other hotel I've stayed in for the last 5 years had free wifi and the Hyatt was charging $15/day is just uncalled for. Down in the lobby is a Starbucks where the wifi is FREE!!!!! Great location close to the waterfront and lots of stuff to see and do right in the heart of Vancouver
