“Great place!”
Central location to everything downtown, right next to the train station and bus pick-up/drop-off. It's five blocks from the port (Canada Place and all the great restaurants and shopping. There is also a mini mall connected to the hotel. People are very nice and helpful, and you can buy practically all tourism tickets from the lobby (a small fee). The hotel will even exchange money for you for a small fee.
“Birthday Get Away”
I booked the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for my husband's birthday weekend. It was perfect. We are not high maintenance customers, but we still appreciate excellent service and a beautiful room. I booked a room with a view for a very reasonable rate. We got a King room on the 27th floor and were very pleased. It was beautiful. The slate bathroom was beautiful and we enjoyed the Portico toiletries. The bed was extrememly comfortable, which is always important since I have back problems and never seem to be comfortable in any bed other than my own. Service was great. I needed more coffee one morning, and only had to pick up the phone to request it. It was brought up within 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.
“Very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel. Clean and confortable. And very well located in the heart of downtown.
“Would like to go back”
We were extremely impressed with this hotel. I would recommend it to everyone.
“goog hotel”
Room is clean and room comfortable, I will go back again.
“Very clean and comfortable hotel.”
Great location, very good restaurant, excellent service. The person at the front desk went beyond expectations to find me a cigar store open late within walking distance. They even called them to confirm before I walked over. The rooms are comfortable and the shower is perfect.
“VERY FRIENDLY AND POSITIVE SERVICE ATTITUDE”
Excellent Location Fine large room Good Breakfast very friendly service Great concierge services
“The Center of Vancouver”
The Hyatt of Vancouver was the ideal location for my daughter and her friend. It was within walking distance to the shopping, the water, and museums, etc.. The hotel is located within a small mall which had a McDonalds, a drug store, a Tom Horton, etc.. This helped with eating and small stuff like chips, bottled water, stuff like that. Please note that everything is more expensive in Canada. All in all, my daughter now wants to move to Vancouver. Happy Trails.
“Great Hotel for Alaska Pre-Cruise Stay”
Great hotel to stay prior to an Alaska Cruise. Close enough to both cruise ship terminals. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area.
“Loved the luxury of the room, the view, the location!”
This hotel is in a prime location for easily walking to several interesting spots. For the most part the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Attention to detail made the room inviting and comfortable. We would definitely want to stay there again!
