"The scent of the hotel was remarkable. Also there's so many things to do around the area and you don't even have to leave the building. The whole block is connected so you can get to different restaurants, shops,arcade, the casino across the street all while staying inside. A few cons: room was dusty on the headboard and there was a hand print. Some hair on towels. Not all the rooms have a microwave, fridge, an office desk and trashcans which isn't right. "

"Close to Clifton hill. Bus stop pretty much right outside the front doors so it was very convenient for things out of walking distance. Rooms were clean and staff helpful. During our stay (May 20th 2024) the outside pool was closed for the season which was unfortunate but understanding. "

"I would have loved to stay later through the day instead of leaving at 11 am I would have paid for an extra 2 hours & please clean the vents in the bathroom they're very Dusty . Otherwise it was a good stay like usual Thank you "

"The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included had lots of options for every sort of eater. The price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodations and location of the hotel. Parking was convenient. "

"Small room but very cozy bed and pillows. Bathroom was just renovated last week and is beautiful but again very very small. Front desk staff were beyond amazing. We were upgraded to a higher floor and Fallsview at no extra cost or request. Aaron did our check-in and even had treats for our toddler. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the view was spectacular. Parking was $39 extra and worth it for in and our privilege for 2 days (we had a one night stay). Location was perfect at the bottom...
