“If I ever go back again to the same area I would choose this hotel”
We liked very much this Hotel . The staff was going out of their way to give us the best service. It was about 15 kms. from Niagara-on-the-lake right in the middle of the vineyards. They have excellent wineries.
“Great choice for Niagara on the Lake, Canada”
We found the White Oaks Conference Resort to be a great hotel convenient both to the Canadian Falls and the lovely little theatre town of Niagara on the Lake. The spa and gym facilities would be appreciated by those spending more time, but our room was well-equipped and most comfortable. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful.
“Can't wait to go back”
Beautiful, clean and great service!
“First Class all the way”
excellent hotel, first class facilities. For fitness and recreation, it cannot be beat.
“Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Very central to the locations we wanted to get to.”
We were impressed from the moment we entered the lobby to check-in. The staff was very polite and courteous. Our room was clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the hotel restaurant who did a great job in being able to meet the dietary restrictions of my husband. We had a great breakfast there both days of our stay. Concierge was very helpful with complimentary tour tickets, directions, and refrigerating our cooler packs. Will be going there again!
“Great Stay”
The staff was one of the most polite and professional crew I have come across in many stays at a wide variety of hotels. Very nice resort with plenty of top rate and varied accomodations. Can't say enough about the staff that really set this stay apart from many travels.
“Great family week-end”
Although not much to look at from the exterior, this was a great hotel with lots of amenities for the whole family. The health club was excellent and the pool and hot tub as well as the steam room and sauna were enjoyed by our girls (10 and 13 yrs.) There was a casual restaurant with really good food that was reasonably priced and Starbucks for the morning. Buffalo shopping wasn't far and Old Town, Niagra-on-the-Lake was about 15 minutes away. We stayed because of a swim meet at Brock University, a short drive away. We will definitely go back. A ladies week-end would be great here. There was a spa as well.
“Absolutely Wonderful!!!”
I stayed at The White Oaks with a friend for a two day getaway, and we LOVED it. Our first time there....enjoyed a pedicure at the Spa, shopping in Niagara on the Lake, and generally had a relaxing time. We are already planning another trip for next May. The hotel is top notch, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Amazing fitness facility, and well manicured grounds....easy access to highway. Also boasts a great Starbucks facility on site. Highly recommended!!
“A very pampering experience”
This was an extremely clean and top of the line hotel. The bedding and towels were luxurious, including the complementary use of thick white robes. The staff were all very professional and eager to please. Our visit was only 2 nights, with Niagara Falls the priority, but we found the area to be so beautiful, and full of other sights such as the town of Niagara on the Lake, and so many wineries. We didn't get to take advantage of the spa services, but did use the outstanding fitness center, and the aqua-aerobics class. Unfortunately, the pool heater broke down our second day, so it was too cold to use. Also, the yoga and pilates classes , while offered , were "filled" , apparently not by hotel guests, but by the "members" of the fitness center. That made me wonder how available those services really are for the hotel guests- but the facility is amazing! Bring tennis or squash racquets if you play! The location of the hotel was alittle misleading, as we thought it would be closer to the town with the shops and restaurants, but instead it was right at the highway exit, with no real scenery in the immediate area. However, the comforts on site made up for the fact that you had to drive into the town. I would highly recommend this place.
“very beautiful experience and the staff are very helpful”
the courtesy was very noticeable. The gym was superb
