The water park brings together multiple pools, water slides, children's pools with interactive play structures, a snack bar, and a video arcade under its retractable glass roof. A playground area with shuffleboard and basketball courts is outside. The fitness center contains cardio machines.

“Always pleased..”
Excellent hotel we have stayed with the Americana 2 other times and we are always pleased. This trip was our first time eating at the in hotel Restaurant and that I will definitely pass on next time! The food was over priced and terrible. But the hotel is and always is superb....even though it is a very family oriented hotel my husband and I plan to stay by ourselves next time and enjoy the Spa...
“Amaaaaaaaaaaazing!”
Our room was upgraded, and we were surprised with an amazing heart shaped jacuzzi! the room was really big and impressive. We ate at Jack Tanner's were the service was fast and the food was good..we had breakfast. We also went to the spa where the massages were grrrrrrrreat , however they did not have sumone available to do a pedicure for me until a few hours later, which I was not going to wait for. But everything else was cool! Highly reccomend it!
“Will definately go back!”
I was a bit worried about trying out this hotel due to some poor reviews, but am glad i gave it a shot. it was the perfect size water park for my 21/2 year old. close drive to the main attractions. we did not eat at tanners so i cant comment on that. the hotel was noce enough to offer us an upgrade on our room. it was gorgeous. For us it was a much better value than great wolf lodge and we are looking forward to going back!

“Great for the kids!”
My 10 and 8 year-old boys loved the waterpark and couldn't get enough of it! The waterpark is designed for kids under 14. The waterslides were entertaining for the younger kids but I can see older teens getting bored quickly due to its limited length and challenges. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and friendly. I definitely will be going back again with the kids!
“One of Niagra's Best”
Americana was a great hotel choice. The rooms were reasonable comfortable and very clean. One of the best things was the indoor waterpark. It was huge and had something for everyone. However, the hotel restaurant was very bad and I wouldn't go back there to eat again.

“No Complaints!”
The hotel room was a decent size, has a fridge and microwave in it. The hotel itself looks pretty nice inside too. The waterpark was kinda small but my kids enjoyed it. (which is the main reason to go) I have a 1 yr old a 3 yr old and a 9 yr old. The price I paid was well worth it.
“Great Vacations Start Here”
After reading the reviews I was afraid that I had made a mistake to plan our family vacation here. Thankfully I was wrong. We arrived 2 hours early and our room was ready! Check in was a breeze. The room was clean, good size, nicely decorated, and we appreciated having access to a fridge. The waterpark area is smaller than it seems in the picture, but there was something there for us all to enjoy and that is saying alot as we have a 6 year old, 11 year old, and a 14 year old. Clifton Hills area is a must see while you are there, don't forget your camera. The souvineers are much more affordable here than at the falls! If you are using a different credit card to buy attraction tickets or anything else while at the hotel make sure they aren't adding it onto your room bill too. They were apologetic and fixed it right away when I showed them, but it was good I had me receipts to show them the error. That was my only complaint while we were there. All in all we had a GREAT time.
