Beautiful hotel! Very quiet

The hotel is very good, the staff is amazing!! All of them!! The people in the front desk, the ladies that keep the rooms clean, the guards at the garage etc etc. all of them. The point is the noise! The hotel has a nice roof top that has a party almost every night until midnight. Forget about sleeping. In addition is located in a traditional traditional area where they have parties and fire works for everything. Every rocket is like a bomb next to your room .

This hotel was PERFECT! We had such a great stay! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everyone was also so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My partner and I absolutely loved staying here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place during our trip to Mexico City. We already know that every time we come back to CDMX, this is where we’ll be booking. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was very beautiful, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. However, a few issues affected our stay. The room had no coffee maker, so I ordered coffee through room service from the restaurant, but unfortunately it arrived cold. In addition, the toilet wasn't working properly, and we had to call someone to come to the room and fix it. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff provided good service, but I believe you should address these issues to improve the guest experience.

I love this hotel because it exudes Mexico. The staff at the hotel are helpful and accommodating. Just a lovely place to use while visiting Cuernavaca or a destination by itself.

The property is brand new, in a very centric location. The rooms are brightly lit, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. Check in & check out was very fast & easy. Elevators were quick, even during busy hours. Anything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, landmarks, etc. Un saludo al compa Lázaro. 💯

This is actually my second solo stay at Casa Decu. I adored this property and staff so much I returned to their property on my second trip to CDMX. The staff are always helpful if something is needed or needs to be addressed. This property is made for a mobile (young/young at heart) guest. Let’s be clear about that. The property is clean and quiet. There are no elevators in this hotel. There are 4 floors for guest rooms and the 5th floor is where the open air patio is located, along with complimentary 24/7 coffee and water. I had breakfast included with my stay and it’s always fresh and delicious! This hotel is situated in Condesa and that makes this more of a gem. There are tons of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Delicious eats for lunch and dinner, wine, drinks, ice cream, and treats! The surrounding area is safe and very welcoming. México Park is just a block away and makes for great walks during the day and after dinner. Absolutely lovely!
