Room are nice & bed is comfy. It is located central for site seeing. For me it perfect for my business needs.

Room smelt like sewage for most of our trip… wish it had a walk in beach area. But overall love this hotel!

Staff is very friendly and nice. We paid for an upgrade of our room and had partial view of the resort and ocean. The room after renovations is so much nicer. Food was okay, I was a bit disappointed as the sushi bar from when I visited years ago is not operating until 3am as before. But overall it was okay.

This was my second time staying at Finest Playa Mujeres. My first visit was about 10 years ago when the resort had just opened, and I’m happy to say the quality has remained very good over the years. The service continues to be excellent. I especially want to recognize Jeremías at the bar and Julio at the Finest Club bar. Both were very kind and attentive and truly made our experience better. The drinks are even better than I remember from my first visit, and the food was also very good with plenty of variety. Like any place, there are always small things that could improve. When we visited Domo, the restaurant in the Finest Club area, the air conditioning was not working, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Also, at times there was only one bartender at certain bars, especially at the pool bar, which can be a lot for one person when it gets busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort. It works well for families because there are activities for children, but it also has adults-only areas for those looking for a quieter stay. I didn’t travel with my kids this time, so I can’t comment in detail on the children’s activities, but it was clear there were many options available. The rooms were great. We like this property a lot. My 94 yr old mom can easily get to the beach and in the ocean. The staff is very helpful and kind. Beach food service from Julio was very nice. Looking forward to coming back.

While the property had great possibility, sadly the entire stay felt disjointed due to the way things are run. Example- rooftop pool that has no food/bar available…even though there is a restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel advertised that the rooftop bar was open at 3pm, yet we never saw any staff there until the restaurant prepped to open. The staff seemed undertrained and consistently put into circumstances where they were unsure of how to fulfill a request. Again, while the property was nice, I would not recommend returning until management irons out quite a few wrinkles.
