The hotel itself is gorgeous with colonial theme. Love the outdoor landscaping and the pool has resort feel!

Everything about it was good

This is our 10th year. We love watching dolphins from our balcony.

Rooms should be maintained more properly. My room’s bathroom exhaust was not working and there were a leakage marks.

Marriott provided enhanced precautions to ensure safety and privacy. Orion's roof had an amazing atmosphere, food and staff. We scream ice cream & coffee shop, ice cream and cookie were tasty. Customers had clean area, positive happy staff at most places on site. The gift shop had fun and interesting items. Lulu breakfast was good, great staff. Improvement suggestions: Sunday music around the property was too loud. For a Friday or Saturday understandable. Folks may prefer to hear the sound of the ocean to relax. In the room there was a table stand that was really old and tarnished. Was surprised to see that since this Hotel is relatively new. There was a nice cleaning lady who did not speak English nor could she read... This could create a problem since there was a disinfectant wipe near the makeup remover. Someone could get hurt. I was nervous with the young cleaning lady's safety with other male workers who were present on my floor with no other female worker around. I could tell she was nervous so I informed an elderly man working at the pool so she would be safe. Prior to that I kept going back & forth to check on her. I called mgr. The parking garage had great lighting. The parking payment was not easy to understand so folks could be overcharged and not realize it. I was lucky b/c a hotel staff member explained the costs. A hotel receipt was not automatically provided upon check out. Make sure you ask for receipt or check your email to reconcile your costs.

Here are the issues I had with my room: -One outlet not able to hold a plug -Sink slipped off -Dresser drawer could not be used for to ac blocking it from opening I still had a great time. Only there for a couple of days to see family, do the room did what it needed to do. Will use it again when I visit for the holidays

Very close to the Granby St and Waterside.

Nice place, very tranquil, and friendly staff. Though a bit dated and there's no elevator.
