•Few stuff members attending to the pool and beach areas . • senseless policies : if you pay for a room with a king bed but later have to switch to a room with two beds you lose all the upgrades from the original booking( with no refund.). • Costumer Service staff is poorly trained, if you book through Expedia and have a question or concern, they simply say you booked through Expedia, call them . Without even asking for details. • WiFi is poor , there is almost never a signal. •Poor design in the new updates rooms lack of a magnifying mirror at the bathroom and the full length mirror being positioned behind the bed. • A very beautiful beach, but the jet skis and motorboats are crossing close by the noise is very annoying as is the smell of gasoline.

Loved the property. The staff were amazing. Everything was super clean. My only complaints are communication was not very good and the presentation to join the club. Other guests that had been there before helped us out on where things were and what to do. The presentation lasted way longer than it was supposed to and they were too pushy. We felt like we were being held hostage. It would be awesome to have a swim up bar and more adults only options at the all inclusive part of the hotel. All in all, I loved it and would definitely go back.
