Central Mexico Adults Only Vacations

Great location, amazing customer service, and exceptionally clean. A special thank you to Elena at the front desk for her kindness and helpfulness, as well as the restaurant staff for their outstanding service. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Room was clean and with the beautiful wooden shutters closed, you couldn't hear a thing from the street and kept the room nice and dark for sleeping.

The smell in the room was absolutely overwhelming and unacceptable. It seemed like the room had been very recently renovated, and there was an extremely strong chemical or renovation odor that lingered constantly. The smell was so intense that it was difficult to stay in the room, let alone sleep comfortably. I could smell it the entire night, and it seriously affected my sleep and overall stay. A room with such a strong and persistent odor should not have been made available to guests in the first place. The hotel should ensure that newly renovated rooms are properly ventilated and safe and comfortable to stay in before assigning them to guests. This was an extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience.
