The good: elevators, air conditioning, nice shower, free breakfast on lovely rooftop. The bad: under renovation so stairwells blocked, smelled of paint, parquet floor was coming up in the middle of the room entrance and a bath mat was put over it. Staff could help with check in but not oriented for recommendations. English was a bit rough (better than my Spanish but not what I was expecting at this price point

Clean, well equipped, easy to get to and very conveniently located accommodation. The stay was short but comfortable, the staff was very nice towards us, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall we loved the hotel and our stay. We had some issues…. When we arrived it took several attempts to get a working room key…. the chest of drawers was off kilter and had to be fixed…. there was no hand dips…BUT, the staff were lovely!! They couldn’t speak English very well so it was difficult getting things like reservations but they were all just lovely overall!! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location…. We actually extended our stay by two nights and cancelled our booking in Roma Norte!! The breakfast…. included with our room…. was wonderful!! I never eat breakfast but did every day on this trip!! Overall…. a great place and great staff!!!!
