The resort was a bit of a distance from transportation or amenities but aside from that the experience was excellent. Tony was a friendly, informative, and helpful host who gave a personal touch. The room wasn’t modern but certainly was nice and had character. The beach was decent although suffered from the same seaweed issues as every other beach in the area at the time. There is a quiet little bar next to the resort. The food was amazing and well-priced and we were happy with every meal....

We had an amazing stay and plan to return soon. Such great staff, facilities, food and nightly entertainment. We have recommended this resort to all our friends.

Great for families with kids. The rooms are big and fully equipped. The area is not crowded. The beach is calm but rocky, bring water shoes if you stay here.

Compact room that faced the bay was perfect. Walking distance to Yul Ha for snorkeling made this stay fantastic.

Amazing, very peaceful, unique and wonderful experience

We've been to this resort five times and everything is always exceptional. The food is great, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the resort is meticulously maintained. Staying here gives you full access to the other three hotels (Coba, Tulum, Akumel), as well as a reserved area of the beach. The only thing that is occasionally inconvenient is the use of the trams to get to the beach, the other resorts and the hacienda (central area with stores and activities), however I don't think we have...

Great, kid-friendly resort!

Everything was perfect! Jesus and his wife (owners) made us feel ar home where you can cook on the patio BBQ, use washer/dryer, … Everything is cleaned and very well take care of!

Great property with easy access to amenities, pools, and the ocean. A good mix of busy and quiet space. Very convenient to share properties between Tulum and Coba. I would definitely go back and would be willing to try another Bahia Principe option elsewhwere.

Just excellent. Read up on this resort first so you are not surprised. It's not on the beach the shuttle will take you right to it. Food great, staff great, wonderful stay for my wife, myself and the twins. Loved every second.
