Winter Park Short Term Rental Registration NO. 008310 Experience the charm of Crestview Condos with this spacious 2-bedroom unit and loft, nestled in downtown Winter Park. This 6th-floor gem offers over 1300 sq. ft. across three levels. The lower level features a tiled entrance, storage for jackets and boots, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom; the master bath includes a jetted tub/shower combo. Both rooms have large windows for natural light.

The third level loft overlooks the living room and includes two twin beds and a 3/4 bathroom. The middle floor houses a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances, plus a dining area with seating for six and a breakfast bar for three. The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, a TV, mountain views, and abundant natural light. Step outside to the balcony from the dining area and enjoy courtyard views.

Crestview Condos offer underground parking with elevator access to the 6th floor and coin-operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor.

Gem for a skiing family

We loved the condo and being top floor is a bonus. Close to everything in winter park with almost no need for a car ( aside driving from DIA) with Lift stop right outside. Kitchen fully equipped to cook meals at home. Bathrooms clean and big where everything works and plenty of towels. Parking right under the condo.

Perfect place!

This was a great little place for us offering everything we preferred. My hesitation booking it was the hot tub set-up and unsure of the space. Both were totally fine! Hot tub is inside and on the 2nd level. Very nice, just not a great view or that "mountain air outside" feel. We ended up loving the location with easy access to the shuttle buses and walking to many restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Paella's Spanish cuisine across the street and behind the parking garage. It was a pleasant surprise and something different. The food was amazing and the service top notch. Little pricey but it was our "big night out."This condo was great with space, had everything you needed in the kitchen. The kitchen is really nice. The living room is great space with amazing views and nice fire place. The decor is funky and we just couldn't figure that out but made for fun conversations.We loved the loft with 2 beds that also offered another bathroom. The place is great for 6 adults and entertaining, I feel you could add 4 more and be comfy.The little entry area is great to put snow gear, hang coats and shoes so it is all out of the way. There is also a locker for ski gear which is really handy.I recommend this place completely UNLESS you are a neat freak. It is clean but it is not spotless or perfect. If you want real up to date items, this is not for you. The price is right if you want a great location, good space and all the amenities for a ski trip, book it

Nice condo in great location!

Nice condo & great location! Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken the whole time of our stay & the balcony was unusable due to the feet deep accumulation of snow & ice. The SkyRun people were accessible via text. Maintenance tried to remove the excessive snow & ice from the balcony- unsuccessfully. Overall- nice place & we’d stay there again.

It had a well stocked kitchen, bathroom in each bedroom, clean and comfortable. Loved the quiet view of mountains & bushes in the snow out back instead of more buildings. And yet close enough to bus service and restaurants.

Flood, electrical fire Sky Run WP Crestview 603

Long story with a lot of details: 1/8/24 reserved unit & final pmt on 1/13/24 for 2/12 - 2/16/24 stay. On/around 1/8/24 building sustained extensive flood, impacting all floors. 2/10/24 Sky Run text/emailed with check-in & access instructions. 2/11/24, a mere 28 hrs before check-in Sky Run text to indicate a large flood had occurred causing no damage to unit but impacting on-site amenities - made no mention flood occurred prior to 2/11/24!! Sky Run offered $25/day discount or to cancel with no penalty. Due to late notice, we specifically asked if there were any plumbing or electrical issues & agreed to stay; their response "additionally, there are no electrical issues in the unit and your utilities will not be affected due to the repairs at any time". 2/14/24 AM we text Sky Run due to lack of hot water for showers; maintenance arrived that afternoon, indicated it might be a heating element & reset water heater. 2/15/24 while cooking breakfast a distinct electrical smell started which dissipated afterwards. Upon returning from dinner, smell was still prevalent & contacted Sky Run. Fire Dept was dispatched & electrical breaker box investigated. 2/16/24 while cooking breakfast overpowering electrical smell returned, inspected to find flames/electrical fire had started!! 911 called, found out that suppression sprinklers had been turned off to 1/2 the building, including our unit!! Reservation was refunded but would not refund our losses from that day, nor would property owner!!

Great location

Located on the Lift route it is super easy getting to/from Winter Park Ski Resort. The condo was very cozy and comfortably fit our family. Cooking dinners was a breeze in the kitchen. The Parking garage has a very low roof, so a SUV or minivan with topper will not fit and makes loading and unloading a chore. The property is showing its age a bit, but again, comfortable. Really enjoyed the condo and stay at Winter Park where we could walk to restaurants, Brewerys, and ski rentals.

Roomy!!

Great location, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Almost any bus will pick you up out front heading to the slope even if not the yellow line. This is our second year in this building and first year in this unit. Would return!

There was some concern when the elevator was out upon arrival and we had to take the bags/gear up to the 6th floor condo. The elevator was fixed the next day (whew). The condo was well equipped however we were locked out of the laundry facility. Two hot tubs were a great feature. The underground parking is also grand as we left the car there the entire stay and took advantage of the shuttle system to & from the ski area and walked to restaurants.

Everything perfect except the pillows

Best location right on shuttle stop. Easy 200 yard walk to multiple restaurants, breweries and bars. Only drawback is the pillows which are foam blocks and light streaming into the master bedroom through sky light windows.

Super location

Super location! Reminds of the retro ski condos from the 90’s. It needs updating. (Carpet in bathrooms etc) but, worked out great. Plenty of room and easy to walk to restaurants. Also, easy to take the shuttle to ski! Helpful hint….bring eye masks. The Roman shades don’t offer much help.

Location is just about perfect

The good - the location is great. It's right in the middle of Winter Park. So, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The covered parking was really nice to keep your car from getting snow covered. The configuration of the condo was quite nice. Although the square foot listing of the condo wasn't all that big, it sure felt bigger. The bedrooms were fairly spacious and had everything you need. The kitchen was a certainly big enough. And, the living room was plenty comfortable. The property could be an easy 5* with a few pretty minor changes: - The pillows were just...well...they were terrible. In hindsight, probably would have gone out and bought a couple because I hardly slept at all, and neither did the other guys in my group (And, we aren't used to staying at the Ritz-Carlton or anything). They were just really, really uncomfortable. - The blinds on the windows prevent people from seeing in, but do nothing from letting light into the bedrooms. So, at around 6am, the sun pours into your room. - Given that flat screen TV's are so cheap, I really don't understand why the bedrooms have only cathode ray tube TVs in them. I have to think spending $500 on new sheets, pillows, blinds and a couple 32" TVs would be worth upgrading this VRBO from nice to exceptional.

Couldnt be more "central" when visiting Winter Park.

Location of this property is great! Probably one of the closest major properties to the ski area. Ski shuttle stop is just outside and virtually every bus route will take you to and from the ski area -and it is the last stop(going) and first stop (returning). Parking garage was a very nice feature, was never crowded and had room for our large vehicle (full sized SUV). Located directly below the Police station, your car felt well protected. A locking ski locker near the elevator was a usefiul feature as well. Condo itself was nicely decorated in Western / Southwestern motif with several really nice pieces. Loved the well equipped kitchen and the mountain view out both sides of the main level. Be warned though, lots of stair climbing involved in occupying this three story unit . The lack of a main level bathroom and the entry not being on the main level caused a lot more stair travel.-and the thin oxygen only makes it worse. We were all pretty fit skiers so it was a minor issue. If anyone in your party is mobility impaired, elderly or just really out of shape this may not be a great choice. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay here. P.S. the Xplorie activity pass was pretty useful and saved us a lot of money- nice perk!

Burton’s annual ski vacation

We chose our VRBO within about 20 minutes of beginning our search on the VRBO website. The online listing was completely detailed and included all the pictures we needed to know we were choosing our home in the snow for our vacation! The location was perfect! Easy shuttle access and walking to wonderful restaurants!

Lovely Property!

Great property at a great location! Property was clean and comfortable for our group of 5. Great amenities, we especially enjoyed the hot tub and ski locker. The location was super close to the mountain, quick 5 minute drive, or shuttle was available. Our trip and experience with this property was seamless and easy. :)
