This charming and welcoming townhome, featuring an in-home sauna, offers ample space and a retro aesthetic, making it an ideal retreat for both mountain excursions and leisurely moments with family or friends. Conveniently situated just a short distance from downtown Winter Park, outdoor enthusiasts can easily access hiking, biking or cross-country skiing trails right from the front door. Alternatively, a free shuttle service, with a bus stop located at the end of the driveway, provides quick transportation to downtown Winter Park and the nearby mountain resort. This family-oriented residence comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The inviting retro-themed home is prepared to host you and your loved ones. The first level includes two bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed with an ensuite full bathroom, and the other equipped with four twin bunks and its own ensuite full bathroom. For families with young children, a pack and play with a bassinet and toddler safety bumpers for the beds are available. Additionally, the sauna and a washer/dryer are located on this level. The main level boasts an open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room, enhanced by vaulted ceilings and skylights. A spacious balcony at the rear of the home, accessible from the dining area, overlooks a wooded area, providing opportunities to observe local wildlife, including neighborhood foxes. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, Tupperware, dinnerware, and utensils suitable for children, as well as an oven, microwave and essential cooking spices and oils. Great Ski weekend!

Absolutely loved the retro decor!! Loved how every bedroom had a bathroom and the sauna felt great after skiing! The bus was super convenient!

Nice place

Property was as advertised. The local bus line stops at the driveway’s end. Very convenient for accessible Winter Park. It’s also a close drive to Route 49 where many retail establishments are located.

The condo was cozy, and had what we needed. However, many of the kitchen appliances are in need of more modern updates.

Blast From The Past!

If you’re an ‘80s baby, you’ll love this! The is a charming time capsule, truly reminiscent of your great-grandparents’ house. Everything is original (toilet, bathtubs, sink and tub hardware, cabinets etc) except for what appears to be updated carpeting. The space is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. While I appreciated the vintage charm, a more updated kitchen, along with newer pots because they were thin, scratched and mix matched would have been appreciated. The cooking utensils were older and stained and again mix matched. Glass baking/storage dishes would have been a nice touch in place of the take out plastic containers and used stained storage containers without lids. The older kitchen was my biggest challenge because I cook for my family while on vacation.
