El agua caliente tarda entre 5 a 7 minutos aprox en salir y luego de abrir un poco el agua fría para temperarla deja de salir agua caliente, aunque lo comenté en recepción y quedaron en revisarlo no lo hicieron. Room was very clean, daily room cleaning. Fast internet, had no problems streaming at high quality. I had a rental car and there was parking inside, however some days it was full and I had to park outside (very safe area). Helpful staff. There is a 24/7 convenience store (Oxxo) next to the hotel, which is nice since there is no refrigerator in the room. Pretty quiet air conditioning and fan. Had to go down to reception in a room with no air con. Very average. Argued with the staff for 3 hours to get a refund, to which they agreed. When Expedia reached out to them to get permission for a refund they refused them there. The hotel also conveniently had their phone line down for a few days so Expedia couldn’t reach get into contact with them for a while, but internet the internet was working somehow. I know it’s Mexico, but this whole experience was incredibly shady and disappointing. I wouldn’t even consider staying here again if my entire trip was paid for. Tulum overall was fantastic though.
