"The staff was understanding and accommodating. We had everything we needed. You could text the staff for assistance. The room was extremely clean. There was a lot of attention to detail, such as towel and tissue folding. "

"First time in this awesome camp. We have stayed in Eustis and Rangeley and well all over the country VRBO and this was very nice; and quiet. Even with a very good restaurant right up the hill within 50 feet. Kudos to the builder and also decorator. The only thing I can add as a recommendation is to have a hose and water hookup near the front porch as there was even too much pollen to even try to wipe all down, furniture, blackstone, flooring, etc. Or have someone come in and power was it if staying there in June or even first week of July. People with allergies, like us, were affected. And, it would help keep your floors and furniture cleaner as pollen sneaks in on clothes, hair, etc. Thank you for letting us stay. "Our reason for staying here was not because we were interested in the Sugarloaf Mountain area, but because it was the only hotel we could find for that night of our trip. ~ So, I would recommend it to anyone interested in all that Sugarloaf Mtn. has to offer. It's a beautiful hotel. We at dinner at the "45 North" restaurant located in the hotel because we didn't want to drive around looking for somewhere else, BUT order was very tasty, especially for the prices. ~ We didn't use any other amenities, but I'm sure they're top-notched. ~ We would not stay there again, because it was located out of our way and way too above our budget. Again, though, if someone likes what Sugarloaf Mtn. has to offer, I would highly recommend. "
