« This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. The property sits next to good dominican restaurants, convenient stores and even...

« This stay was a mix of great comfort and frustrating logistics. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the space felt much larger than a typical hotel room, offering good value compared to nearby resorts. Once everything was sorted out, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the late checkout was appreciated given the check-in issues. The arrival experience was stressful. I did not receive the full address and building details until shortly...

"Hôtel immense, accolé aux autres Hôtels Bahia également accessibles. Chambre impeccable, personnel aimable et aux petits soins, les nombreuses piscines superbes. Étant arrivés très tard à l'hôtel suite à un retard d'avion, nous n'avons pas pu vraiment demander des renseignements sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, ne pas hésiter à le faire à l'arrivée car il peut être difficile de se repérer ou savoir ce à quoi on a droit ou pas tellement le complexe est gigantesque "

"Très belle chambre, très spacieuse, très beaux extérieurs. Nourriture exceptionnelle pour le petit déjeuner au market place, pour les autres repas, beaucoup de produits gâchés par leur cuisson. Le homard , par exemple, est caoutchouteux, les viandes telles que le poulet mais aussi les ragoûts ou effilochées; il n'y a pas de quoi casser les pinces de crabe ni l'ustensile adéquat pour les manger, ne parlons pas de la mayonnaise inexistante.... ou industrielle. On s'adapte avec le choix qu'il reste et il est large. Restaurant italien très bon, japonais acceptable : c'est plus pour le show que pour ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette. Le steak house : déco impressionnante et très bonnes viandes. Le Spa est magnifique. Check-in laborieux : on nous attribue la chambre d'un autre ! Check out désastreux : on veut nous facturer une prestation SPA alors que nous avions un voucher. Mais on reviendra peut-être une 4ème fois !"
