"This stay was a mix of great comfort and frustrating logistics. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the space felt much larger than a typical hotel room, offering good value compared to nearby resorts. Once everything was sorted out, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the late checkout was appreciated given the check-in issues. The arrival experience was stressful. "We stayed 1 week for our honeymoon, the staff was helpful and kind, and the resort was beautiful being right on the beach we got to walk out and enjoy a beautiful view every day. Each night the resort holds a show for entertainment that ends around 10:30 pm. There were only a couple things that we found to be not so great which were, the pool being very warm in an already hot environment so we spent most our time at the beach and in the ocean which was still warm but little bit better. The food was a bit disappointing, we order room service a couple times and each time it was not good. For example, I ordered a chicken quesadilla that comes with sour cream and they just gave me chicken in a tortilla with no cheese and no sour cream. The food at the buffet was nice though."
