Le déjeuner était bien. Aller au terminus d'autobus Bavaro express se fait à pied sans problème. Point négatif : notre air climatisé coulait sur le plancher et le coffre fort était barrée. The shower head holder is lose as is the soap holder. There are two nightstands in the room, but strangely, neither of them have lamps, nor does the desk. The room, the bed linen, and the bath towels all had same dank, u fresh odor. The top sheet on the bed was tattered. It has definitely seen its last days and should no longer be used. I asked for a blanket because there wasn't one. I did get it and it had the same unpleasant smell. I also asked for extra pillows but was told that no extra pillows were available. The continental breakfast was an excercise in organized chaos. How about hiring an actual cook and not the front desk workers to prepare meals. That entire operation appeared to be so unprofessional and disjointed. I won't stay here again. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast service was very good with great food and excellent coffee. However, the room lacked some basic services. The safety lockbox was not in usable condition, so I was unable to securely lock my belongings, which was my main concern. In addition, a couple of the shower faucets needed repairs, and there were not enough workable electrical outlets. A shuttle service to the beach in the future would be greatly appreciated and would be very helpful for guests.
