Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

Fantastic reno of a beautiful Art Deco historical building. One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at. Love the lobby bar and restaurant which has a fantastic happy hour! Highly recommend and will make a point of staying again.

Room was really nice! Staff was great. Loved our stay! Only thing was the bathroom not having a proper door. It was a sliding door that didn’t fully close. A bit more privacy for a bathroom is always nice. Maybe not all the rooms are like this.
