« Endroit parfait pour admirer le majestueux MtFuji. Nous étions au 7e étage avec une vue exceptionnelle. Tout était facile et près de tout. Le Onsen était très bien. Je trouve que les hôtels du Japon sont très généreux avec les accessoires comme; shampooing, brosse à dents, pâte dentifrice et encore. Le buffet était bien, mais avoir le choix à la carte également serait un plus. »

« Hôtels.com ne proposant que peu choix sur osawaonzen aux dates de voyage nous nous sommes rabattus sur cet hôtel. Sa vétusté et état général sont loin des standards de ce site touristique mais le personnel était attentionné et le petit-déjeuner excellent. « L emplacement est fabuleux. Toutes les chambres ont une vue incroyable sur le mont Fuji. L accueil était très moyen. Le personnel ne parle pas Anglais et le service est minimum. Manque de sourire et d honnêteté : il y avait un pb d eau chaude, mais cela ne nous a pas été dit. De plus le Onsen n’était pas utilisable alors que nous avions pris aussi l hôtel pour cela . Le lendemain matin l eau était tout de même tiède et nous avons pu prendre une douche. Ils auraient pu faire un geste commercial...
