It is always impressive when the owner of a hotel takes the time to come out and greet you personally on your arrival. The friendly staff, the amazing view (if you are lucky) and traditional Japanese room experience made this a memorable stay. I wish I was able to stay longer. Very unique (traditional Japanese style). Far from other tourist attractions but the bus stop is right outside the hotel, so that was super convenient. The rooms are quite aging but everything is cleaned properly. the staff is very helpful and explain everything so nicely.
