Onsen bath on the 6th floor was clean and facing the lake and part of Mt Fuji and at night beautiful! Location is good, city buses are just at the door step. Note…lots of restaurants in the area closes 8pm. The only thing “bad” is the lack of communication and signage in English, letting the guest know that shuttles to Kawaguchiko station are available if booked the day before upto 9pm. Otherwise, great stay overall. It is more expensive compare to the other Route inn hotel that I stayed. Also my room was facing the back so no view at all. The main purpose of the visit is to see Mount Fuji. I only spent one day in the area. If I knew the situation before; I would book the hotel outside the area and simply made a day trip to Mount Fuji. It does not worth to pay the extra money to stay overnight. In addition, the breakfast buffet is only average.
