Staff helped with luggage shipping also which was great! English speak staff was great also. The room was beautiful with the best view imaginable. The onsen was often available just for oneself, making the experience especially relaxing. The tastings offered throughout the day were outstanding and a real highlight. In just ten minutes, one can reach the lake and the ropeway, making the location super convenient. The Rakuyu service team was professional at all times and provided exceptional service as described in the booking. The shuttle driver was amazing and kind! And the Onsen was amazing! The Onsen were well attended, very clean and peaceful. The lounge was very nice, had plenty of food and variety.
