We had a very nice time on our stay at this small quiet hotel. We had the Shikibu room and appreciated the spaciousness. It had an outdoor garden view as well as a separate private small outdoor onsen. The onsen looks tiny on first impression but it was nice and we enjoyed the outside seating area too. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice, and definitely get the breakfast. Amazing breakfast! The staff were friendly and very helpful with transportation back to the train station.
Some of the bathroom features were a little bit worn, but everything else was great.
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and welcoming, and everyone tried their absolute best to help us in every way.
The rooms were beautiful and big, and the breakfast was delicious. I can recommend this hotel enough.
Honestly the most amazing experience I had while in Japan. The onsen in the room was heavenly and so relaxing to be able to use after walking around the lake. They also have the friendliest and most considerate staff.
I highly recommend and will be staying again for my next trip.
This hotel was the best experience we had during our 2 week tour of Japan. The service and room accommodations were outstanding. If yo are looking for a great experience in the area, this is best place you will find. The views of Mt Fuji at breakfast were outstanding. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.
Incredible venue for a relaxing time. The private onsen was relaxing and the room itself was amazing with plenty of space to find peace and quiet.
The kaiseki and breakfast was delicious and the private dining rooms felt intimate and personal.
Overall an impeccable place to visit and relax b

Thank you Fuji Onsenji Yumedomo for an amazing, truly magical experience. It’s an excellent place for those who want a real glimpse into the Japanese hot spring bath culture. The hospitality is at the absolute highest level one could expect. The breakfast was incredible, so artful and delicious. I would love to return someday.
If you like Japanese cuisine this place has an excellent breakfast and you must have the Japanese dinner at least one night during stay, so delicious. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Such a quaint cozy hotel and a lovely Japanese touch to everything.
My wife and I stayed here for a few nights so we could get away from the "City" and enjoy this area and wow, this property did not disappoint. We stayed in the Presidential suite Sakura and it was incredible. Everything was so clean and well taken care of.
The breakfast was high quality and very tasty. We also signed up for the dinner and it was an experience (highly recommended on both!)
We also loved the private onsen... espeicially when it started snowing one evening we were there... it was incredible
Most of all, the staff was super nice!
This is such a beautiful ryokan, located very close to Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. We stayed in the new wing, with private onsen bath, and our room was newly renovated and spotless. We booked late so we did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was spectacular!
Fantastic and relaxing stay. Just a short walk from the main lake downtown area with shops and restaurants. Quality of the lodging and private onsen was exceptional as was the service. Be sure to add the dinner experience, it was the highlight of our trip. Easy to arrange for shuttle service with the staff for train station pick up and drop off as well.
