Lovely room with a view of mt.fuji. very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Loved that we were also beside an amusement park that we were also able to take advantage of the hotels discount price. Recommend if youre planning to stay near the Mt fuji area

An amazing experience. The 'mountain view room' lived up to its name. Unbelievable view of Mt.Fuji. Resort is connected to the theme park by its own private entrance. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The dining was amazing. Thoroughly recommend.

Other than the onsen being closed for repair, which is not the hotel's fault, but which was an amazing perk of staying there, I still found the room to be very nice and the staff very friendly. The park perks were a nice bonus too. I stayed on the executive floor and would definitely stay on that floor again in the future if the onsen gets fixed.

The location to Fuji Q Highland is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to an entrance exclusive to hotel guest. Early entrance to park is another perk. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Very spacious rooms. Lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay. Buffet was very good. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. When we were out exploring and couldn’t get an uber to pick us up, we called the hotel and they sent a taxi to come pick us up. Just exceptional service!

Nice clean rooms. Kids enjoyed the door bells. Prefect location if you are going to Fuji Q highland. The mountain veiws from the room are amazing. We ate dinner in the Italian restaurant, which was good. The breakfast buffet was the best.

Everything was excellent, from the staff to the amenities to the food. The view of Mt Fuji from our room was extraordinary. We are a short walk from Fuji-Q Highlands AND we got early entry as hotel guests, so getting on Eejanaika before a line formed was perfect. The onsen is nice (but crowded) and free for hotel guests. The free breakfast buffet was amazing too. The highway bus to Tokyo will pick us up at the hotel, so transportation is super convenient as well.
