The hotel emailed us check-in instructions in case we arrived late. The facilities were very clean, we were able to store our bags prior to the check-in time, the location is excellent. The hotel includes detailed directions on how to use the facilites in Englisha nd is short walk from the train and shrine. We also had a nice view of Mt. Fuji from our room. The owner was very nice and pleasant. Overall, this hostel exceeded our expectations and I would stay here again.
