We are so happy with our stay at Fuji View Hotel. Property and grounds are well maintained, very clean rooms and public spaces, staff were friendly and accommodating. We dined both nights and morning- The kaiseki and French multi course meals were spectacular. Wine/sake suggested pairings were spot on. Their onsen was well maintained and clean. Spa service menu was brought to our room in English. Enjoyed massages followed by outdoor onsen soak. We reserved a Mountain View room and the sunset/sunrise did not disappoint. Without prior request, room was prepared to accommodate our toddler. Could not have asked for more, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to really enjoy the views Mt Fuji and Lake kawaguchiko.

Service was excellent at the hotel and it is consistent across all staff we encountered- check in, breakfast etc Nice outdoor hotspring and mountain room views has an fantastic view of mount fuji. otherwise it is also possible to view at level six. Good selection at breakfast with egg station.
