The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). Have to use taxi to get to station. So if you have a car or other vehicle you will be fine.

部屋はコンパクトだが、新しく清潔で快適である。 ウェルカムコーヒーが飲める。 近くは繁華街が有り、無料駐車場がある。

部屋が広く、スタッフの方の感じも良く過ごしやすかった。 建物自体が古いのかけっこう他の部屋の物音が聞こえる。 シャワーはお湯と水を調整して出す旧式タイプ。湯沸かし用のポットもなんか懐かしい感じのもの。 部屋に電子レンジがあるという口コミを見たが泊まった部屋にはなかった（シングルルーム）。 特にストレスを感じる問題もなく、お手頃な値段で泊まれて良かったです。

#### 全てが最高の体験でした！

大人2人で宿泊しましたが想像以上に部屋が広く、ソファとテーブルがあったので室内で食事を取りやすかったです。 また、従業員の方々はみなさん、常に笑顔で親切に接していただきました。富士山登山のための深夜チェックアウトや保冷剤・飲み物の冷凍のお願いにもご対応いただき、最高の宿泊体験ができました。 朝食のビュッフェはどのメニューもとても美味しく、宿泊するならセットでオススメします。

人気がある様子で、ホテルの敷地内の駐車場が、満車で、少し離れた契約駐車場に、駐車したが、案内の対応が良かったので、問題なしでした。

対応してくれた女性スタッフの方の接客がとても素晴らしかったです 次の日のチェックアウト時、フロアにいた昨日とは別のスタッフの方の挨拶もとても爽やかで、設備よりもスタッフの方に惚れるホテルだと思いました

#### 入り口だけ注意してね

朝食付きでリーズナブルな価格でよかったです。室内も広さもあり快適でした。駐車場が少し離れていたので、それが仕方がないこととはいえ残念です。道路工事があり一方通行等もっとわかりやすい大きな看板が必要かと思います。
