"Hotel Review: Our room was comfortable, had everything we needed and lots of amenities. We also loved the location! It’s walking distance from so many sites in and around Québec City. The staff was incredible, but a special shout out goes to Flora! She not only checked us in, she helped us with our luggage upon arrival, made sure we knew our way around the hotel and greeted us with such a cheerful and warm reception each and every day!! She made us very special! The only suggestion we would have is to supply the guests with an information booklet with details about the amenities and how best to get around. We found ourselves having to ask a lot of questions. "

"The hotel is in a quaint old area. Our room had a view of the harbour and a park. The service was wonderful. Thoroughly recommend."

"The parking is not ideal since it does not belong to the hotel. There is no guarantee there will be parking space when you arrive. You may have to go park elsewhere. We did not encounter the problem but I was told it may be the case."

"The room was very spacious and the 2 large queen beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of windows but all of them were facing towards the street or the parking lot so we couldn’t really pull the curtains. Maybe some privacy foil on the first floor windows would do the trick. Also, please make sure there are enough bath towels for the number of people occupying the room. We were 3 adults and we had only 2 bath towels."
