When I told the desk clerk I was told her could give me a towel to put in front of the door. Not helpful. My credit card was charged an extra $100 for what, I don’t know. "This hotel is 6 years old but you'd swear it opened last week. Housekeeping has some sort of magic as I stay in many hotels and this one is spotless. Location to the Market area is fantastic.There is a homeless shelter nearby, but you'll find that in most cities now. Definitely stay here again "
