This home is located in the Timber Ridge community provides access to fantastic neighborhood amenities, including a community pool, basketball and tennis courts, a playground, picnic area, boat launch, fish cleaning station and a covered pavilion. Golfing is also conveniently located within the community and the bay is just a short drive away. This 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath home also hold its own unique amenities, including a fully equiped kitchen, boat dock, numerous outdoor activities and a cozy rainy day board games. Outdoor activities include kayaks, cornhole, pingpong, fishing and craving.
