« Had a wonderful stay here. Host was easy to communicate with and provided clear and simple check in and check out instructions. Stayed with family and friends from out of town and enjoyed the locale and the beach. Would recommend! »

« Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. »

« We loved the location and the views and the washer & dryer! Great high end small appliances and very modern look to the inside. Very responsive when we needed things or had questions. The only thing that wasn’t fully communicated in the description is it said it was a sofa queen sleeper and it was a sofa with a twin bed that pulled out from under the sofa. »

« Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special.When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. « Beautiful space with a decidedly contemporary vibe. Complete with all appliances and other appointments (including a first aid kit!). Owner was very accommodating and flexible. They went above and beyond by supplying a wheelchair ramp and spare keys when digital lock malfunctioned. Highly recommend this spot! »
