"Great stay. Staff was attentive, amenities were great. Only cons were no hot water in the kitchen sink and I don’t think the showers were cleaned during my 4 night stay. Was a great location with a lot of coffee shops and quick food/metro access."

After a lot of searching we finally found support online, left messages at an unattended mailbox and sat for 2 hours in front of the building after having been on the road for 6+ hours.
