« Overall, we were happy with the rental, but there are a few improvements that could be made to give this a higher rating. The condo was very clean and in a safe, residential area one block from the beach. The kitchen was nice and my daughter appreciated the nespresso machine! The condo could use more beach towels, beach chairs, and plastic cups for the beach. Other than that, it was stocked well. « Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again »

« This property was perfect for my needs. In the Marina area, close to shops and restaurants. Also close to the Marina Freeway which made it so easy to go into LA. Pool was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again. »

« Arrived at property and it smelled like death. The place was not cleaned from last renters. Linens and towels were on floor in bathroom. Dirty dishes on table and stove top had food burnt onto it. Garbage can was full of trash. Arrived at property at 11:30 pm and host just said his crew missed cleaning it and simply said we will refund your money. Host then posted that we did something wrong and that is why money was refunded. Do not waste your time with this property. »

« We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience! »

« Clean space , as pictured , nice kitchen and bedrooms. Some fees are not as transparent as it should be . Insurance fee and pet fees should be stated in the post for transparency. Would consider booking again in the future . »

« Check-in was very simple after receiving detailed instructions. Kitchen facilities were adequate for the duration of the stay. The size of the apartment is more suitable for a couple rather than a family of 3. »
