« Super séjour au Noon on sunset hill ! Chambre moderne et bien équipée. Espaces communs très sympas, coin laverie très pratique. Le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas de parking, il faut se garer dans la rue parfois loin.. »

« We stayed at Rachel's at the end of our 15 day road trip out West last April. The location is ideal for visiting the north of LA. The shops nearby are very good. Be careful you need the car. The house is very quiet and Rachel is very welcoming. The environment is splendid. You are surrounded by nature so close to the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a great stay there, too short. Go there no problem. We’re French’s. »

« Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay. »

« My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time! »

You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! « We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...
