Area was decorated and well maintained and in such an amazing location towards the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for small groups that are traveling together."

"The Kinney Hotel was exactly what we wanted - simple, clean, spacious, with secure parking. The room had everything we needed and felt really comfortable. The standout however was definitely the location - it is right off of Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Overall it was a really positive experience and I'd definitely consider coming back when visiting Los Angeles. "

I was a little nervous from seeing some bad reviews but I got the private room with private bathroom and the room was absolutely perfect, lots of light (beach view), really clean. The view of the beach was absolutely amazing and I am 1000% going to stay here next time I go to LA. It’s an amazing hotel and the staff were nice and friendly"
