Located North of Montana in Santa Monica.
Beautiful brand new upstairs apartment in our Italian Villa.
Private Entrance and rental is completely private.
Enter into the Foyer and take the stairs up to the spacious Living Room with Fireplace, two new comfortable couches which both turn into sleeping beds. (Queen size and Full size)
Two leather chairs with table, Large brand new Television screen with cable and wifi.
The Living Room is 12 by 16 Feet and opens up into the sunlight kitchen. Kitchen is 12 by 10 Feet and fully equipped with everything you will need for your enjoyment.
Hallway leads into Bathroom Vanity area with the Bathroom is 6 by 6 feet and off to the right and the bedroom off to the left.
Bedroom is 11 Feet by 12 Feet with a full size bed. Large size closet with sliding mirror doors. Extra sheets and bedding for the couch beds will be in this closet.
Washer and Dryer for your use.
The entire second floor is rented has a private entrance.

The place was exactly as described in VRBO: near restaurants, quiet, comfortable and clean. There was space for me to do yoga and what I needed to make breakfast each morning. It was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The area is charming. Many thanks to the host for a lovely stay.

Our rental was wonderful, very clean and the rooms were bright with lots of light. It was also close to so many wonderful restaurants and shops, very nicely located. Our interactions with the host were satisfying and prompt, which we really appreciated. I would definitely consider returning to the property for an additional stay. It's close to my daughter and her family's home in Santa Monica and worked especially well for us. We were pleased.

We had a great time during our stay at this beautiful home while visiting our son who lives nearby! Sara was a very gracious & responsive host & really made us feel at home. We loved the fresh flowers & biscotti! The home was extremely clean, bright, and comfortable & the location can't be beat. We were walking distance to a ton of great shops, restaurants & the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Parking was adequate with permit parking. We would have liked to have some instructions on how to work the thermostat. The T.V. channels were very basic. We would have liked to have streaming channels available to us. There was a five gallon water cooler in the apartment, which was very convenient.

Great rental

This is a cute rental in a great location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the beach (there are steps down to the beach ). It was very clean and well stocked with items I needed to cook. Pictures are accurate, it is on the second floor which was no problem Owners were easy to communicate with and accommodating to my early arrival. 10/10 I would stay there again

Lovely home away from home

I was displaced due to the Palisades fire 1/7/25 and was thankful to find an airy bright apartment in a beautiful neighborhood near shops and trendy restaurants. My host Sara was thoughtful and helpful with all my needs. The apartment is super clean and furnished thoughtfully to cover my living requirements over many weeks. I highly recommend this delightful accommodation

Charming and convenient

Great location. Coffee shops, stores, restaurants all nearby but very quiet, upscale location. A beautiful one mile walk to the ocean. Place is spotless and nicely decorated with several amenities such as extra towels, soaps and cream, some food to welcome you. Highly recommend We hope to return!
