Beach Cottage with Patio on Walk Street - OCEAN VIEWS

  • Stellar walk street location in 100 block the "Sand Section" of Manhattan Beach! This classic vintage single-level cottage is just steps from the beach and is the front, fully detached unit of a triplex. Decorated, complete with 3 flat-screen TVs, fireplace, fully-stocked kitchen, and bathroom with shower stall. Large brick patio on the "walk street" with spectacular views of the water. Parking for 1 car in the shared garage (some longer vehicles like trucks and minivans do not fit; please inquire).

    This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. Mandatory TOT ("Transient Occupancy Tax") taxes of 14% apply and will be reflected in guest charges.

    Absolutely no parties — we do not want to lose our rental privileges, and we wish to be respectful to the neighbors in our wonderful neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
