Hip downtown loft with 13’ ceilings, balcony, and spacious layout. Newly furnished with all appliances including dishwasher and laundry machine.

Guests have access to the rooftop pool and hot tub, as well as everything in the condo including the washer/dryer.

Downtown LA is the hottest neighborhood in the city right now, so there are tons of cool bars, restaurants, and galleries within walking distance.

As mentioned in the title, the neighborhood is full of classic architecture and old marque signs that make it one of the top rated neighborhoods in LA for Instagramable photo ops.
