"The hotel is undergoing a remodel and we weren't aware of that while we booked, but staff made all attempts to accommodate our every need. I left a pair of shoes in the room at check out and to my surprise, they were still there when I returned from my cruise 6 days later! "

She took my photo as I was leaving. She lied stating she didn't have first floor when i checked in. Blankets too thin. No hotel phone in the room . Rude Rude Okd Lady Clerk. I will never go back. 2star was 1star bad neighborhood. "

"It was perfect for our one-night stay. I traveled with my two pre-teen children and we only needed a place to sleep for one night as we were on a road trip. The location is convenient, right across from a mall that has everything you need and several food choices.The room was clean. It was quiet. Parking was easy. Check in was quick and easy. Price was right too."
