The room was very clean, beautiful, and well stocked with all the amenities I needed and more. The staff was very responsive and helpful to any questions I had. The only real downside was parking. If you don’t have a car, maybe ride sharing during your stay then it is a perfect hotel! But if you have a car you will need to drive during your stay then it’s maybe not the best option. A lot of homeless in the area, they left us alone in the mornings but we were approached multiple times in the evening hours. Lots to do within walking distance, and definitely better to get the things done more during the day. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Everything was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What really stood out, though, was the staff they were beyond amazing friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around Long Beach. If I’m ever in the Long Beach area again, I will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience. We had a wonderful experience staying at the City Center Hotel by Kasa! The stay really felt luxurious and the staff was super friendly and courteous. The only hiccup was a technical issue with our room lock late at night, after 11 pm, which was stressful since we also had an early morning flight. That being said, the unfortunate situation was handled well. We were able to reach the emergency help desk right away, and they promptly arranged a temporary room for us while they tried to contact maintenance. Within about 45 minutes, the general manager personally arrived and manually opened the lock so we could access our room. Aside from that brief moment of anxiety, everything else was excellent. We especially loved the comfortable and spacious beds.
