The perfect place to stay in downtown LA! The staff is super friendly, the hotel is very luxurious, the restaurants have great food & drinks. We felt completely safe here. 5 stars all the way across the board! We loved it here!

It is a wonderful hotel. The only problem I noticed was that the water leak in the bathroom tub. Considering California has gone through extreme drought I would expect property to be more proactive about fixing these. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.
